***BOOKING AND CANCELLING POLICY*** (Effective 9/25/19)
A $50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to book a new appointment, this will be credited toward your balance due. Full payments are due on your first visit, we accept cash and all major credit cards. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
Once you completed the booking process, a confirmation will be texted or emailed. You will also receive an appointment reminder 5-7 days prior to your appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment once anytime prior to the 72 hours from your scheduled appointment time without any fee. Cancelling or rescheduling made with less than 72 hours of the appointment time, this session is considered VOID and a $50 fee will be charge. Please make a commitment to complete all your sessions, and it is your responsibility to rebook any missed appointment.
The 2nd session or follow up session must be booked within 6 months from the initial procedure date. Any appointments or session book after 6 months from the initial visit will be considered a “Touch-Up/ Fill-In Sessions” and a session fee will apply.

*We schedule and price this service as an entirely new application (to see pricing, click here). This price includes the initial session and a touch-up session. If additional work is required to correct someone else's work, additional sessions may be needed at additional cost.
We certainly can improve your appearance, however the actual result of the pigments implanted is variables and we can not guarantee the actual outcome based on several factors such as: previous color, shape, scarring, pigment depth, and pigments used by the original artist, etc. Because of this, we CANNOT guarantee a specific result or how many sessions will be required to complete your brows. It is important to complete your recommended sessions for the best results.
